ESD POLYIMIDE FILM DETAILS
ESD anti-static polyimide film serves as a high-temperature insulating film, making it ideal for class F and H insulation. It features a top coat with an ESD coating, providing excellent anti-static performance. Additionally, the CGS-7758BLX 1 mil black polyimide film includes anti-static additives, with inherent ESD characteristics built into the film for greater durability.
This anti-static polyimide film offers excellent high and low-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and radiation resistance. Moreover, it can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, making it suitable for high-temperature insulation in electronic products and processing into anti-static high-temperature adhesive tapes. Consequently, it has found wide usage in aerospace, military, electronics, and other industrial sectors.

APPLICATIONS
ESD polyimide film is used in electrical, electronics, automotive, aerospace and medical industries where static dissipation is required.
ELECTRICAL INSULATION
Polyimide films are lightweight, flexible, and resistant to heat and chemicals. Therefore, the electronics industry uses them for flexible cables and as an insulating film on magnet wire. Furthermore, their high-temperature stability makes them reliable insulation in applications subjected to various environmental stresses. Additionally, polyimide serves as a substrate for cell phone antennas.
Electronics Manufacturing
Due to its broad range of temperature stability and electrical isolation ability, anti-static polyimide tape is frequently used in electronic manufacturing. It acts as an insulation and protection layer on electrostatic-sensitive and fragile components.
