DETAILS

Linered polyimide tape is designed for easier handling of materials and simplifies the die-cutting process. The film thickness ranges from 0.5 mils to 10 mils, while the adhesive thickness ranges from 0.5 mils to 2 mils. CGS coats both silicone and acrylic adhesives, ensuring they remove cleanly and leave no residue in high temperature applications.

These tapes perform reliably at temperatures up to 300°C (560°F). They offer high performance, reliability, and durability, with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties that withstand extreme temperatures and demanding environments. The added easy release liner makes this material ideal for die cutting applications and easier to handle.
